1. Use of FrameLog

FrameLog is provided as a workout tracking and fitness organization tool. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

FrameLog is a fitness tracking tool provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. FrameLog does not provide medical, health, nutritional, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your own exercise decisions, training intensity, exercise form, equipment use, and overall health and safety. Exercise involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any fitness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern.

3. No Guarantee of Results

FrameLog does not guarantee any specific fitness, strength, physique, weight loss, health, or performance results. Results depend on many factors outside of FrameLog’s control, including training consistency, nutrition, recovery, genetics, lifestyle, and individual health conditions.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into FrameLog and for how you use that information. You are also responsible for using proper form, safe equipment, and appropriate judgment during exercise.

5. Accounts

If FrameLog allows account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

FrameLog may offer paid features or subscriptions. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by Apple App Store or another third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrameLog and NorthStar App Studio are not responsible for any injury, health issue, loss, damage, or other consequence arising from your use or misuse of the app, reliance on app information, participation in exercise, or failure to seek professional advice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of FrameLog after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
