This Privacy Policy describes how FrameLog ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles your information. FrameLog is developed and operated by Robert Helm, operating as Northstar App Studio ("Developer," "we," "us"), located in the United States.
FrameLog is built on a local-first architecture. Your workout data — including sets, reps, weights, notes, personal records, and training history — is stored directly on your device. We do not operate servers that store your workout history. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
By downloading or using FrameLog, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The following information is created by you and stored locally on your device, using standard on-device app storage. It is not uploaded to FrameLog servers:
This data may be included in your device's standard iOS backup, such as iCloud Backup or a computer backup, depending on your device settings. We do not have access to your local workout history.
FrameLog uses RevenueCat, Inc. to manage in-app subscriptions for FrameLog Pro. When you purchase, restore, or manage a subscription, RevenueCat may process limited subscription-related information, including:
RevenueCat does not receive your workout history from FrameLog. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card details from us. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy. We use RevenueCat only to deliver, verify, restore, and manage FrameLog Pro subscription access.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card details, Apple ID password, or billing address. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
FrameLog is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect data related to your download, purchase, subscription, and use of the App in accordance with Apple's own policies, outside of our control.
FrameLog does not collect, and does not include third-party SDKs that collect, the following categories from your workout usage:
FrameLog does not track you across apps or websites and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not perform advertising tracking.
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to you, provide support, investigate bugs, and improve the App. We retain support emails for up to 12 months, then delete them unless we need to keep them longer for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Because your workout history is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to FrameLog servers, we cannot view or analyze your workout history.
Limited subscription-related information processed by RevenueCat and Apple is used only to deliver, verify, restore, and manage FrameLog Pro. Support emails are used only to respond to support requests and improve the App.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your workout data is stored in sandboxed app storage on your device, which is designed to prevent other apps from accessing it. FrameLog does not request unnecessary permissions and does not make outbound network requests containing your personal workout history.
However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for the physical security of your device and your device backup settings. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
FrameLog is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For users in the European Union, the App is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email northstarappstudio@gmail.com and we will address it.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data. Because we do not store your workout history on our servers, the only personal data we may directly hold is support email communications and limited subscription-related records handled through service providers.
Our legal basis for processing support emails is legitimate interest, meaning responding to your request and improving the App. Our legal basis for subscription-related processing is performance of a contract, meaning delivering FrameLog Pro subscription access.

California residents may have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The personal information we may handle is limited to support email communications and limited subscription-related identifiers or transaction information processed by RevenueCat and Apple. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

If you use FrameLog from outside the United States, limited information described in this Policy may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
FrameLog is a workout tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical recommendations. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date and, where required, notice in the App or on our website. If we add or change third-party services that process data, we will update this Policy before or when that change takes effect. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
